Ordering In Indonesia

There are two ways of ordering from The Casual Store if you are based in Indonesia.

1. On line through Twitter or email using the Contact Me on the side panel. Give details of what you would like to order, size (if necessary), colour (if necessary) and quantity as well as your return address.
2. We will confirm how much postage is required using a reputable local agent.
3. Once your order has been confirmed please transfer the exact amount (cost of goods + postage) to the bank account given below and then send a copy of the transfer slip as an email attachment
4. Once payment has been confirmed we will send your goods to the address you have given. Included with your goods will be a receipt.
5. We will also be setting up a hotline number where you can check availability and confirm whether the order or payment has been received. This number, +62 8212 598 5539, will be an SMS only facility.

The other way to order and possibly more helpful to people living in Jakarta.

1. Phone, Twitter or email through your order. Explain that you would like to arrange collection in Jakarta.
2. Payment and collection can then be arranged at a central location in Jakarta, to be confirmed, usually on a Sunday morning.
