Ordering In Indonesia

There are two ways of ordering from The Casual Store if you are based in Indonesia.

On line through Twitter or email using the Contact Me on the side panel. Give details of what you would like to order, size (if necessary), colour (if necessary) and quantity as well as your return address.
We will confirm how much postage is required using a reputable local agent.
Once your order has been confirmed please transfer the exact amount (cost of goods + postage) to the bank account given below and then send a copy of the transfer slip as an email attachment
Once payment has been confirmed we will send your goods to the address you have given. Included with your goods will be a receipt.
We will also be setting up a hotline number where you can check availability and confirm whether the order or payment has been received. This number, +62 8212 598 5539, will be an SMS only facility.

The other way to order and possibly more helpful to people living in Jakarta.

Phone, Twitter or email through your order. Explain that you would like to arrange collection in Jakarta.
Payment and collection can then be arranged at a central location in Jakarta, to be confirmed, usually on a Sunday morning.

I am proud to officially open The Casual Store today.

Despite the controversies and off the field bickering that blights so much of football in south east Asia the popularity of the game is booming. Last season attendances in Indonesia were up, the Liga Primer Indonesia has bought a more tech savvy audience to the game, in Thailand the league is enjoying a higher profile with each passing this season and this weekend in Malaysia over 80,000 fans are expected to watch the FA Cup Final between Kelantan and Terengganu.

Indonesia's fan culture is legendary with Jakarta Casual TV frequently highlighting the events on the terraces while Thailand is developing its own colourful terrace culture. Even Singapore, where the atmosphere at a game is often similar to the atmosphere at an art gallery, kids there are starting to develop their own culture on the terraces, especially at Hougang United.

Football is about identity. I have known Rangers fans over the years who won't wear green because that colour is associated with Celtic. Arsenal fans who wouldn't drink Holsten Pils because they sponsored Tottenham. Persija fans who refuse to go to Bandung and Persib fans who refuse to go to Jakarta.

The Casual Store will aim to reflect that identity, that feeling of belonging. The aim is to produce high quality products at affordable prices that customers can relate to.

If the initial run moves well I hope to develop two parallel collections. The International Collection and The Indonesian Collection. But that is in the future. For now, welcome to the Store and I hope to hear from you soon!
